FEATURED ARTIST

The love of art is most definitely a family affair! The middle of Leann's five daughters, Taryn is a high school senior with incredible artistic talent. Her interest in art began with drawing and painting at a young age, and her skills have improved tenfold in the last few years. She has a great sense of humor that shines through in many of the art pieces she has created. In addition to drawing, Taryn has also dabbled in painting and sculpture but finds the most satisfaction sitting at the pottery wheel, shaping clay into beautiful pieces of functional pottery. She has an eye for detail, choosing the loveliest color combinations for her pieces, and isn't afraid of trying out new techniques or creative elements to a skill she has already mastered. 

When she isn't at school or making art, Taryn can be found working a part-time job, spending time with family 

and friends, or playing with her pets. She has an adventurous spirit and is always on the go, often thrifting or spending time fishing and exploring the great outdoors. 

Life is meant to be lived, and she certainly lives it well! 

Taryn has plans to extend her education beyond high school after graduation in the spring, but will continue 

to kindle her creative spark in her downtime.
